Job Description:
• Manage and oversee civil construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Review contracts, claims, variation orders, and interim payment certificates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and HSE standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to top management.
