- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their unique business challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market insights and client needs to inform service enhancements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
