Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Snapchat) • Lead content strategy across social media platforms • Analyze performance, generate reports, and optimize KPIs • Manage SEO & website performance • Coordinate with creative, sales, and management teams • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing • Strong experience in performance marketing & lead generation • Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience in real estate is a plus • Very good command of English • Leadership and strategic mindset
