Egy Cham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Industry Projects Director.
Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of commercial real estate projects (mixed-use, retail, office, administrative, or hospitality). Develop and control project master plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure full compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory standards. Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation plans. Review and approve project progress reports, variation orders, claims, and payments.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s degree is a plus). From 10 to 15 years of experience in project management. Mandatory experience in commercial real estate projects. Proven track record managing large-scale commercial developments. Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
