Farid Academy is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader – B2C to support and lead sales operations from our Alexandria office. This role is designed for a hands-on sales professional who can drive performance, coach sales representatives, and contribute directly to achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and support B2C sales operations to achieve individual and team targets • Actively participate in the sales process, including client communication and deal closing • Coach and mentor sales representatives through daily follow-ups and performance feedback • Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and conversion rates using CRM systems • Identify performance gaps and implement practical improvement plans • Ensure alignment with the company’s sales strategy and customer experience standards

Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in B2C Sales, preferably in services, subscriptions, or education-related sectors • Strong track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets • Prior experience in a senior sales or team leadership role • Practical coaching and performance management skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
