MSG Touristic is seeking a B2B Operation Specialist to manage the booking engine integrations and connect directly with hotel channel managers. The role ensures accurate synchronization of rates, inventory, and reservations, supporting seamless distribution and operational excellence across MSG’s touristic portfolio.
Key Responsibilities System Integration & Connectivity Manage and configure the booking engine connections with hotel channel managers (e.g., Site Minder, Rate Tiger). Ensure seamless two-way communication of rates, availability, and reservations between MSG Touristic and hotels. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues quickly to avoid booking disruptions. Operational Management Monitor daily synchronization between The booking engine and hotel systems. Maintain rate parity and consistency across all connected hotels. Coordinate with hotel IT and reservations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties. Data & Reporting Generate reports on booking flow, system performance, and connectivity status. Analyze integration data to identify gaps and propose improvements. Provide feedback to management on system efficiency and hotel connectivity.
Qualifications Minimum experience 5 years at similar position. Knowledge of tour operator workflows and hotel distribution. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Skills Required Expertise in booking engines and channel manager platforms. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills.
