Job Overview
Maghazi Dream is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Executive Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, support procurement processes, and assist with basic HR functions to ensure smooth office operations.
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off).
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management & Secretarial Duties:
- Manage the General Manager’s schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and calls).
- Maintain an organized filing system for all company documents.
- Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for the office.
2. Procurement Support:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to request quotations.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of office supplies.
- Maintain records of purchases and inventory.
3. HR Administration:
- Assist in basic HR tasks, including attendance tracking and leave management.
- Organize employee records and documentation.
- Support the recruitment process by screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Language: Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and high attention to detail.
