Content Creator

Platform-Specific Concept Development: Lead the creation of visual storytelling concepts tailored to the unique audiences of Facebook (community-focused), Instagram (visually immersive), and LinkedIn (industry-leading expertise).

Cross-Disciplinary Translation: Collaborate with architects and project managers to transform technical drawings, CAD files, and site photography into compelling "behind-the-scenes" stories and educational content.

Dynamic Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and LinkedIn multi-page carousels that highlight project milestones and design philosophies.

Brand Integrity & Uniformity: Ensure all social media visuals align with the firm's brand guidelines while optimizing layouts for platform-specific aspect ratios (e.g., 9:16 for Reels vs. 4:5 for LinkedIn).

Information Design: Prepare detailed infographics and data-driven visuals to communicate complex project stats, sustainability goals, or urban impact for professional and client communications.

Strategic Brainstorming: Participate in content planning sessions to contribute innovative ideas that leverage current digital trends to increase brand engagement and reach.

Social Asset Management: Manage a high volume of digital projects simultaneously, coordinating with the marketing team to meet strict posting schedules without compromising quality.

Architectural Post-Production: Expertly edit and retouch project renderings and site photography to ensure all social content meets the firm’s high aesthetic standards.

Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media features (e.g., LinkedIn Newsletters, Meta’s AI tools) and design trends to keep the firm’s presence modern and competitive.

Community Engagement Support: Provide creative feedback and visual support for community-building efforts, such as interactive polls on Instagram or project Q&As on Facebook.
