Role Description
The Real Estate Associate will play an integral role in assisting clients to find and secure properties that meet their needs and preferences. Responsibilities include interacting with clients to understand their property preferences, networking and building relationships with property developers, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The role also involves staying updated with the latest market trends and project developments to offer expert advice to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo.
Qualifications
Real estate sales and client relationship management experience Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of the Egyptian and Middle Eastern real estate market Ability to present property portfolios and tailor offerings to meet client preferences Resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset Experience in real estate marketing and consultation is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
