Job Details

Job Purpose:Responsible for preparing, updating, and monitoring detailed project schedules, progress reports, and performance indicators for assigned projects. The role focuses on technical planning execution, schedule analysis, and coordination with project teams while supporting the Team Leader and Manager with accurate schedule data and forecasting.
Main job duties and responsibilities:Prepare detailed baseline project schedules in coordination with project teams. Develop work breakdown structures and activity sequencing aligned with project execution plans. Update project schedules based on site progress and actual performance data. Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks and delays. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule performance dashboards. Track planned versus actual progress and highlight schedule deviations. Coordinate with site teams to collect accurate progress updates. Prepare look-ahead schedules and short-term planning programs. Support preparation of recovery plans and mitigation schedules when delays occur. Monitor milestone achievement and contractual time requirements. Support preparation of extension of time technical data when required. Maintain planning databases and scheduling documentation. Participate in project review meetings and planning coordination sessions. Support integration between planning, cost control, and project execution teams. Ensure schedule data accuracy and compliance with internal planning standards. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field). Min. 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
