We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the industrial trading sector, specializing in tires, wood, glass, and aluminum products a Sales Supervisor, with a strong focus on sales performance and market expansion. Position Summary :The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives in line with company strategy. Reporting Line :Reports to: Branch Manager / Industrial General Manager Supervises: Sales Representatives Key Responsibilities :Supervise, coach, and support the sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement sales action plans and strategies Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback Support key account management and major negotiations Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities Ensure sales activities are aligned with quality-based selling standards Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts Required Skills and Competencies :Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability in sales planning and performance monitoring Excellent communication and decision-making skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Profil recherché pour le poste : Sales Supervisor - Saudi Arabia Candidate Requirements :Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, including team supervision Experience in tires, wood, glass, or aluminum industries Master’s degree from a recognized university Fluency in English Willingness to travel when required Benefits:Attractive salary + sales commission Housing, car, fuel, health insurance, visa, and other advantages Location Saudi Arabia
