Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales role based in New Cairo. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting tailored financial solutions, and building long-lasting client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, responding to client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also assist with training initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to optimize performance and meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven aptitude in Sales and experience in Sales Management Experience in facilitating Training for team development Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in finance or brokerage services is an advantage
