Job Description
Connectalents, the leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a "CFO" in Sherton, Egypt, for a leading supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider.
Our client provides unprecedented supply chain transparency and creates efficient manufacturing processes that maximize business performance, empowering growth and community wellbeing through a unique value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company's overall financial strategy and governance.
  • Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance (IFRS).
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Lead financial due diligence for M&A and strategic investments.
  • Partner with executive leadership on business and growth decisions.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and risk management.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA or CMA is highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge.
  • Proven experience in due diligence and M&A.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in fund raising, valuation and startup is a must

Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly preferred:
  • Industrial Automation & Engineering
  • Technology / IT Services
  • AI, Digital Platforms, and Open Architecture Systems
  • Manufacturing or Engineering-driven environments
  • Multinational or Regional Corporate Organizations (MNCs)

Experience within regional or multi-entity environments (MENA) is a strong advantage.
