Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's overall financial strategy and governance.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance (IFRS).
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Lead financial due diligence for M&A and strategic investments.
- Partner with executive leadership on business and growth decisions.
- Ensure strong internal controls and risk management.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA or CMA is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong IFRS knowledge.
- Proven experience in due diligence and M&A.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in fund raising, valuation and startup is a must
Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly preferred:
- Industrial Automation & Engineering
- Technology / IT Services
- AI, Digital Platforms, and Open Architecture Systems
- Manufacturing or Engineering-driven environments
- Multinational or Regional Corporate Organizations (MNCs)
Experience within regional or multi-entity environments (MENA) is a strong advantage.
