Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Experience: 12+ years in site-based architectural supervision; Middle East experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural submissions such as material submittal, method of statements and shop drawings
- Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements
- Respond to technical queries and site construction details
- Review contractor performance every week and attend any technical workshop meetings as required
- Knowledge of UAE regulations of the municipality and civil defense
- Coordination awareness between all the disciplines
