1. Product Content Creation & Optimization
• Manage the full product content lifecycle — writing, uploading, and maintaining accurate and compelling titles, descriptions, and attributes.
• Ensure consistency in tone, accuracy, and quality of all product listings across the Spinneys App, Website, and aggregator platforms (Talabat, Instashop, etc.).
• Collaborate with category and commercial teams to prioritize new item uploads and updates.
• Optimize product content for search visibility (SEO/ASO) and conversion — improving discoverability and engagement.
2. Visual Content & Merchandising
• Coordinate with design and photography teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals for all products and campaigns.
• Manage the placement and tagging of visuals, banners, and in-app hero tiles to support commercial priorities.
• Refresh homepage and category banners based on seasonality, campaigns, and marketing pushes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Commercial, Performance Marketing, and Aggregator teams to align content with promotional calendars and campaign briefs.
• Ensure product data accuracy across systems (ERP, Magento, Aggregators) in coordination with the tech and data teams.
• Support the launch of new categories, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through timely content updates.
4. Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking
• Regularly audit product listings to identify missing, duplicated, or inaccurate content.
• Monitor content performance metrics (CTR, conversion, bounce rate) and suggest optimizations.
• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all e-commerce content touchpoints.
5. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on content trends, UX best practices, and competitor benchmarks to continuously enhance digital merchandising quality.
• Proactively recommend new content formats (e.g., videos, how-to visuals, feature highlights) to elevate the shopping experience.
