Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Lawyer based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, and assisting in the resolution of legal disputes. The role also involves supporting senior legal staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal advice and guidance to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

Legal document drafting, contract review, and legal advisory skills Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and compliance with regulatory frameworks Effective written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation abilities Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Team collaboration and support, with the ability to work independently when required Proficiency in legal software and tools is an added advantage Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification Bar association membership is an asset but not mandatory
