Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Team Leader for ElSewedy Digital Sector will oversee the recruitment activities for all roles within EGY, UAE, and KSA and lead a team to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor Talent Acquisition team within the Digital Sector for EGY, UAE, and KSA. Manage the recruitment cycle end to end for the key positions. Collaborate and discuss strategically with HRBP and business leaders on manpower planning (MPP). Discuss hiring needs with hiring managers and map them to job descriptions. Facilitate hiring tests and related assessments. Negotiate offers and conduct offering sessions. Work closely with the Rewards team for market insights and benchmarking. Represent the company at employment fairs and networking events. Prepare talent pipelines for future digital roles and internship programs. Conduct recruitment dashboards to the management and business leaders.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies for digital roles and market trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR systems.
