The Role
We’re looking for motivated and confident Outbound Call Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential business clients, introducing MSP services, qualifying interest, and booking high-quality appointments for our sales team and client partners. You’ll be speaking with SMB decision-makers across the U. S., learning about their IT challenges, and positioning our clients’ services as the solution. This is a performance-driven role with clear systems, scripts, and training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to SMBs to introduce Managed IT Services. Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects. Clearly communicate value propositions and handle initial objections. Schedule and confirm appointments for client sales teams. Accurately log call notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and appointment targets.
Qualifications
Required:Excellent English communication and active listening skills. Previous outbound calling, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience. Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable discussing technology and IT concepts at a business level (training provided). Organized, reliable, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred:Experience in B2B sales, MSP/IT services, Saa S, or telecom. Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment-setting tools. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
