Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Manager, based in Cairo with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Sales Manager will lead and motivate a sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee sales targets to drive revenue growth. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of the insurance industry. Proven experience in Customer Service and exceptional interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Finance principles to support sales and client consultation activities. Team Management skills, including leadership, training, and motivation of sales professionals. Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the insurance market in the Gulf region is an advantage. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
