Job Purpose:we believe that strong brands are built by well-trained people at all departments & divisions, especially at the field, We are looking for a Field Trainer who is passionate about developing promotion & sales teams, translating strategy into real field performance, and creating measurable impact at point of sale. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Egyptian market, enjoys working closely with medical reps , frontline supervisors of promotion & sales teams, and can turn coaching & training into visible results.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver structured on-the-job training and in-field coaching for Sales Supervisors and Medical Representatives to enhance selling effectiveness, product knowledge, and communication skills. Support new hires during onboarding and early field visits to accelerate field readiness and performance. Conduct regular field coaching visits (average 3–4 full field days per week), observe performance, and provide constructive feedback to close skill and execution gaps. Identify individual and team skill gaps through field observation and performance analysis, and recommend targeted development actions aligned with market needs. Coordinate with Sales Management to ensure training and coaching initiatives are aligned with commercial priorities, business objectives, and product launches. Assess competency development and performance progress, providing structured feedback to trainees and management to support continuous improvement. Prepare and maintain coaching plans, training reports, itineraries, and updated trainee records, ensuring clear documentation of progress and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in Commercial, Trade Marketing, or Product Management roles within the derma, cosmetics, or FMCG sector. Proven record of managing relationships with major pharmacy accounts and retail chains. Strong analytical and business acumen with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong PR and networking ability with a proactive, field-oriented mindset. Excellent command of English and MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point). Ability to travel locally for field visits and account meetings.
