We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager at M. R. A• Job Type: Full-time• Location: On-site at our Maadi office (Cairo, Egypt)
About the Role:We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of key client accounts, manage relationships end-to-end, and act as the main link between clients and internal teams. This role is for someone who understands business, marketing, and people, not just task-following. You’ll be responsible for keeping accounts running smoothly, driving results, protecting profitability, and elevating the client experience.
Key Responsibilities Client & Business Understanding Build deep understanding of clients’ businesses, markets, competitors, and objectives. Act as a strategic partner, not just a point of contact. Identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell when relevant. Account & Project Management Own client accounts from briefing to delivery. Manage timelines, scopes, and priorities across multiple projects. Ensure smooth coordination between creative, media, production, and operations teams. Maintain high-quality output aligned with the brief and client expectations. Communication & Relationship Management Be the main point of contact for clients. Lead meetings, presentations, and status updates professionally. Manage expectations, handle feedback, and resolve issues proactively. Build long-term, trust-based client relationships. Commercial & Financial Awareness Manage budgets, quotations, invoices, and job profitability. Ensure work is delivered within scope and approved budgets. Support agency revenue goals while protecting margins. Leadership & Ownership Take responsibility for account performance and client satisfaction. Support junior team members when needed. Contribute positively to team culture and agency growth.

Requirements+3 years of experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, media buying, and production workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts. Business-minded with problem-solving skills.
