Job summary / Purpose:The Specialist, Sr. Specialist will be responsible for managing test data processes, the analysis, design, development and continual improvement of the test cycle. Will actively participate in efforts to review current functionality, identify and remediate gaps and evaluate new and replacement capabilities. He plays an essential role in Maintaining the system functions and resources across the application life cycle, from planning, building, testing, and deployment to support. Ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems. This role involves collaborating with developers and operations engineers to implement and monitor automation processes, support service management tools.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing test data processes, designing data management strategies, creating synthetic test data. Sanitizing production data to prevent breaches. The role requires expertise in data management, an understanding of database and data provisioning processes The ability to automate data flows to support testing activities effectively.3+ years of experience in test data management or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of compliance standards like GDPRExperience with relevant tools are essential. Design and Develop Automation jobs for databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware and software. Administer and optimize ITSM platforms including SLA, Workflows, and CMDB integrations Perform systems risk and reliability analysis. Lead & identify opportunities of automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks Provide insights and analytics to stakeholders via dashboards and reporting tools. Collaborate with teams to define service catalog items and automate ticket workflows. Document procedures, configurations, and best practice for internal use Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves system availability, resiliency, and performance Participate in service reviews, audits and process enhancements initiatives. Implement and manage security scanning.
Qualifications, Education AND EXPERIENCE Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a relevant equivalent.4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Automation, Testing, IT Service Management in the IT industry.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:Excellent written and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good experience with databases like MySQL, Mongo DB, SQL, Sybase, and Oracle. Knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services. Understanding of Agile principles. Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Strong technical knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system services. Excellent understanding of Ruby, Python, Perl, Groovy, . NET and Java etc. Strong operational management experience with a focus on critical incident resolution and strategic problem solving. Strong knowledge of Atlassian, Service Now, or similar platforms. Good knowledge in testing tools Like IBM TDMGood experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, RPA, Python, TDM).
