HR Administrator (Females only)

  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other company programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, updating procedures as necessary.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate training and development activities, tracking participation and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
