Payroll and Personnel Senior Specialist

  • Administer monthly and annual payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Manage compensation administration activities including salary adjustments, annual reviews, and payroll-related calculations
  • Review and manage employee contracts, amendments, promotions, transfers, and other employment changes
  • Communicate compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and data updates through HR systems to Payroll, Finance, IT, and other internal teams
  • Manage company benefits programs and coordinate enrollment, renewals, and vendor communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with benefits, payroll, and HR system vendors
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including employee data accuracy, reporting, and system improvements
  • Set up and maintain employee system accounts and access rights
  • Handle personnel documentation including contracts, warnings, exit forms, and official letters
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and personnel records are updated, accurate, and compliant
  • Monitor labor law updates and government reporting requirements affecting personnel and payroll activities
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, contracts, attendance, and HR systems
  • Conduct regular meetings with employees to address personnel-related issues and concerns
  • Support compensation analysis activities and salary surveys when required
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlement and clearance documentation
  • Troubleshoot employee system issues, including HR systems, attendance tools, and company-issued devices
  • Monitor HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Support training, engagement, and HR initiatives from a personnel and payroll perspective
