Job Purpose We’re hiring a performance marketer to own paid campaigns across multiple digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and other relevant platforms) and drive qualified B2B leads for our Saa S and digital transformation offerings. You will manage campaigns end-to-end—from planning and tracking to optimization and reporting—while ensuring clear attribution to CRM and pipeline. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Google Ads / Meta / Linked In / others as needed). Build audiences/targeting, manage funnels (Awareness → Lead → MQL), and run continuous A/B tests (ads, creatives, copy, landing pages). Own budgets and performance improvements (CPL, CAC, CVR, ROAS). Set up and maintain tracking (UTMs, conversion events, GA4 or equivalent) and ensure accurate measurement. Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next-step optimization plans. Coordinate with content/design to deliver high-performing creatives and consistent messaging. Collaborate with Sales/BD to align lead quality criteria and pipeline attribution. Requirements Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results (preferably 2+ years). Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPL, CVR, CAC, ROAS. Solid experience in tracking/measurement (UTM, conversion tracking, analytics tools). Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills. B2B marketing experience is a strong plus. Nice to Have Demand generation & lead qualification experience (MQL/SQL definitions). CRM attribution experience (Pipedrive / Hub Spot) and pipeline reporting. Landing page optimization / CRO experience.
