Employment: Full Time
To evaluate and assign user accesses across various applications in use by Emirates NBD. Analyze and assign the permissions to the user’s ID in various applications. Ensure that all user’s request and issues are resolved within the set turnaround times as agreed with the Business Units. Ensure that users are provided access as per their respective roles in line with the policies of the Bank. Facilitating user access review process. Weekly / daily security administration review Responsible for understanding / learning user administration of all applications. Identify areas where an improvement can be made to optimize service to users. Review existing processes and recommend changes where applicable. University degree in Business Administration or a relevant qualification
Excellent Command of Computer skills. Excellent Knowledge of Banks Policy & procedures Good analytical skills
