Responsibilities:Develop detailed project specifications in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gather the technical information required for specifications. Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. Prepare tender packages, including scope of work and technical specifications. Update and maintain the specifications database, technical documents, and tender package templates. Keep up-to-date with trends, regulations, and standards related to building design and construction. Assist in coordinating and clarifying technical details during the tendering process. Work with project teams to ensure specifications and tender packages align with design and project objectives. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Proven experience of at least 6 years in preparing specifications and tender packages for residential and commercial projects. Deep knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and engineering regulations. Proficiency in using specification writing and technical documentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with tendering processes and contract management is a plus. Experience with project management software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
