Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Launching Account - Customer Service position based in New Cairo. The responsibilities include assisting customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires maintaining professionalism and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service, with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience Strong Phone Etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on attention to detail Fluency in the relevant languages used by the customer base Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
