Part-Time Performance Marketing Expert (Meta & Google Ads)

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Expert who lives and breathes Meta Ads and Google Ads. This is not a junior role, not a media buyer following templates, and not someone learning on the job. You’ll fully own paid performance across Meta & Google, from strategy → execution → optimization → reporting, with a strong focus on ROI, scaling, and clean tracking.
What you’ll be responsible for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Build, launch, and scale conversion-focused campaigns (Lead Gen, Sales, Traffic when relevant) Structure accounts properly (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, audiences) Advanced audience work:Cold, warm, hot funnels Lookalikes (value-based, layered, exclusions) Retargeting logic (site, engagement, leads, CRM data) Creative testing frameworks:Hooks, angles, formats, UGC vs static vs video Clear hypotheses and iteration cycles Budget scaling (horizontal & vertical) without killing performance Deep understanding of:Learning phase Attribution modelsi OS/privacy limitations & workarounds Mobile Ads, SEO, and ASO
Google Ads Search campaigns:Keyword research & intent mapping Match types, negatives, SKAG vs modern structures Performance Max (when and when not to use it) Display & You Tube (remarketing, upper-funnel support) Bidding strategies:Manual, Max Conversions, t CPA, t ROAS (and when to switch)
Quality Score optimization (ads, keywords, landing pages)
Tracking, Analytics & CROOwn tracking setup & validation:GA4 (events, conversions, attribution) Meta Pixel + CAPIGoogle Tag Manager Understand funnels beyond ads:Landing page performance Conversion rate optimization basics Ability to debug tracking issues (not just say “pixel issue”)
Reporting & Insights Weekly performance reporting with:Clear KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV when available) Insights, not screenshots Identify:What’s working What’s wasting money What to scale / pause / test next Communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What we’re looking for (must-have)3+ years hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads Proven experience managing real budgets (not $5/day test accounts) Strong analytical mindset - decisions based on data, not vibes Experience with lead gen and/or e-commerce funnels Solid English (written & spoken)
Big plus if you have Looker Studio and/or Power Bi dashboard creation Experience with international markets (Europe) CRM integration experience (Hub Spot, Active Campaign, etc.) CRO or landing page testing experience Agency background or in-house growth role
