Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Cairo for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will interact directly with customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring customer concerns or inquiries are addressed promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer communication via phone or other channels, delivering excellent customer experiences, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining professionalism and adherence to company standards in every interaction.
