Duties & Responsibilities:
Study the assigned portion/system/division of the Tender in case of completion, and feasible to start the bid study with reports (Review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against project drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced). Check tender documents completeness and classify tender documents as per departments scope. Prepare a list of major quantities. Review and prepare inquiries (RFQs) to suppliers/sub-contractors. Prepare tender queries to the client/Engineer. Visit the tender site and collect technical data and support in the site visit report preparation. Communicate with suppliers/sub-contractors, receive offers, and compare the offers technically and commercially. Prepare Technical Proposal for the assigned portion and reports. Prepare itemized lists, including all necessary details of materials for the bid to fully comply with the specification. Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, schematic drawings and specifications using current quotations, and historical information for his / her assigned portion of the study for final approval.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate as a Civil Engineer from a reputable University.5+ years in the same field with relevant experience in '' Buildings, Industrial, Infrastructure, Power or Special Projects''. Fluent in the English language. Familiar with industry standards and codes. Having a good level of understanding of static analysis, strength of materials, and structural analysis.knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
