Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Specialist. The Creative Specialist will be responsible for developing innovative strategies and concepts that align with branding goals. Daily tasks include creating and refining creative content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects, and ensuring communication materials reflect brand identity. The role requires thinking creatively to address challenges, developing adaptable creative strategies, and delivering engaging content.
Qualifications Strong creativity skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative concepts Proficiency in creative strategy and branding to effectively align deliverables with objectives Excellent communication and writing skills for creating impactful content and collaborating with team members Familiarity with the travel or tourism industry is a plus Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred

What you’ll do • Create content ideas aligned with our brand tone and values • Build and manage a monthly content calendar (themes, formats, dates, captions, assets) • Design social media posts and brand assets (templates, banners, carousels) • Create and edit Reels / short videos (hooks, light scripting, captions, clean edits) • Create and polish Power Point presentations (company profile, proposals, decks) • Keep everything consistent with brand guidelines and organized for easy reuse • Coordinate with marketing/sales for briefs, approvals, and deadlines
