The Business Operations & System Administrator is responsible for managing internal workflows, administering the company’s ERP system (Odoo or any new system), and ensuring smooth daily operations across the business. The role focuses on process control, system accuracy, operational visibility, and supporting leadership with clear data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain internal workflows across sales, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, financial and accounting
• Administer the company ERP system and ensure proper configuration and data accuracy • Monitor daily operations, system usage, and process compliance
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support management decision-making
• Oversee monitoring screens and camera systems for stores and head office to support operational control and loss prevention
• Identify operational gaps, delays, and errors and drive corrective actions • Train users on system usage and operational best practices
