Human Resources Generalist

  • Handle full recruitment cycle, onboarding, contracts, renewals, and terminations in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files, attendance, leave balances, overtime, warnings, and HR documentation
  • Prepare and review payroll inputs, allowances, deductions, social insurance and income tax data.
  • Coordinate with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office, and support audits and inspections.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and internal investigations.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, promotions, and career development processes.
  • Coordinate training needs, attendance records, and employee development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE rules, and ISO requirements where applicable.
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and manpower planning data.
  • Maintain confidentiality, support management decisions, and promote a positive work environment.
