Role Overview & Executive Summary

Digital Lab is seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead hands-on software development, technical architecture, and delivery of digital transformation projects and proprietary software products.

The Technical Director is expected to actively contribute to technical work while leading and mentoring development teams. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack technology leader with deep expertise in modern web development, solid architectural judgment, and proven experience delivering complex customer-facing software solutions.

The role combines execution and leadership. The Technical Director will define and guide system architecture, participate in critical technical decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery across backend and frontend development. At the same time, they will manage, coach, and scale development teams working on both tailored customer solutions and internal products.

The Technical Director will also play a key role in large projects, acting as a senior technical representative in customer discussions, helping translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Strong communication skills and excellent command of English are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with executive leadership, customers, and non-technical stakeholders.
