INGAZ, a leading engineering and industrial supply company serving the oil, gas, and energy sectors, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development activities in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a solid network within the oil & gas industry, and proven experience in managing international principals, agencies, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s sales and growth strategy within Egypt’s oil & gas market. Manage relationships with international principals and agencies, ensuring alignment on pricing, tenders, and business development targets. Identify new business opportunities with EPC contractors, end users, and industrial clients. Lead the tendering and quotation process, coordinating with technical and procurement teams to deliver competitive proposals. Negotiate contracts, frame agreements, and commercial terms with customers and suppliers. Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and monitor market developments. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and technical discussions. Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis to management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Mentor and support the internal sales and tendering teams when needed.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.10–15 years of experience in sales or business development in the oil & gas sector. Proven experience in handling international principals, agencies, and OEM representatives. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of EPC project cycles and tendering processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office. Based in Cairo, with willingness to travel within Egypt as required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
