The company has strong manufacturing and local sales capabilities but no export track record yet. This role fills that gap by creating the export engine, setting standards, and enabling scalable international growth.
Key Outcomes Expected
Achieve individual and team sales targets for assigned territories.
Expand market share by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
Promote and position the company’s products effectively.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Ensure alignment between field sales activities and the company’s overall sales strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers in assigned territories.
Present products to clients, highlighting benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide reports on sales activity and opportunity pipeline.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Sales revenue vs. targets.

Candidate Profile (Must-Have)3–8 years of experience in the food / FMCG / nutraceuticals / consumer goods industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Experience working with distributors, retailers, or key accounts.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting processes.
