The company has strong manufacturing and local sales capabilities but no export track record yet. This role fills that gap by creating the export engine, setting standards, and enabling scalable international growth.
Key Responsibilities
Export Strategy & Market Entry
Define priority export markets and go-to-market models.
Build a 1– 3 year export growth roadmap aligned with factory capacity and margins.
Define export product portfolio and pricing architecture.
Sales Growth
Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors and key accounts.
Re assess signed negotiations for better (pricing, margins, exclusivity, targets, payment terms) on renewal.
Operational Readiness & Compliance
Establish export SOPs and documentation workflows.
Support regulatory compliance and shipment execution.
Systems, Reporting & Governance
Implement pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting systems.
Align export and local sales dashboards and KPIs.
Leadership & Alignment
Partner with Sales Manager to align sales strategy and execution standards.
Contribute to commercial planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
Key Outcomes Expected
Define and execute the export strategy.
Open priority international markets and secure distributors and key accounts.
Overview initial export shipments and generate repeat orders.
Implement sales reporting, forecasting, and governance systems.
Align export activities with Gm and the management team.
Core Responsibilities
Build export market entry strategy and rollout roadmap.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard international distributors.
Define export pricing, margins, and commercial terms.
Coordinate export readiness with QA, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Establish standardized sales reporting, KPIs, and CRM logic.
Act as strategic partner to the local Sales Manager.

Works closely with Sales Manager, Finance, QA, and Operations.

Role Objective
To build The company's export business from zero into a scalable and profitable international sales operation.
The Sales Director will define export strategy, open priority international markets, secure and manage distributors and key accounts, establish pricing and commercial frameworks, and implement structured sales systems, reporting, and governance.
Candidate Profile (Must-Have)10–15+ years experience in FMCG / food / consumer goods/ Healthy Snacks.Proven experience opening export markets from scratch.Strong distributor development and negotiation background.Experience working with manufacturing businesses.Strong systems mindset (reporting, forecasting, CRM).Exposure to MENA, Levant, Africa, or similar export regions.
