Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or a related field.Proven track record of managing financial operations in a mid to large-sized organization.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
