Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on commercial leader to launch, develop, and scale a Mobile Accessories business in Egypt.
This role is category-specific and requires direct experience in Mobile Accessories, not general technology, IT, or SaaS sales.
The ideal candidate will own the business end-to-end, driving market entry, channel development, brand visibility, and revenue growth across offline and online channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Entry
Lead the launch and expansion of the Mobile Accessories business in Egypt.
Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy including channel structure, pricing, and partner strategy.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and strategic partners.
Build strong commercial relationships with organised retailers, mobile chains, and telecom operators.
Sales & Commercial Ownership
Own sales targets, revenue growth, and commercial performance.
Drive sell-in and sell-out across all channels.
Negotiate commercial agreements, listings, and annual business plans.
Manage forecasting, pipeline planning, and market expansion initiatives.
Branding & Visibility
Lead brand execution across retail and online channels.
Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and promoter execution.
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and brand activations.
Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
E-Commerce & Online Channels
Manage and grow business on Amazon Egypt and other online platforms.
Oversee pricing, promotions, content, and stock availability online.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive online performance.
Required Experience & Qualifications
⚠️ Mandatory – profiles without Mobile Accessories experience will not be considered
Experience
5–8+ years of experience in Mobile Accessories or Consumer Electronics (Accessories focus).
Proven experience managing Mobile Accessories business in the Egyptian market.
Strong existing relationships with:
Organised retailers (e.g. B.TECH, Carrefour, Raya, etc.)
Mobile phone retail chains and wholesalers
Telecom operators’ devices/accessories teams
Hands-on experience with Amazon / e-commerce platforms.
Experience in market entry, business development, or brand expansion is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of the Egyptian mobile accessories ecosystem.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and account management skills.
Ability to build a business from the ground up.
Strong execution mindset with strategic thinking.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
MBA is a plus.
