The Office & HR Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office operations and handling HR administrative tasks such as employee records, attendance, onboarding, and general staff support. The role ensures smooth workplace functioning and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities :
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination. Maintain office files, documents, and records (physical & digital). Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management. Support travel bookings, logistics, and staff arrangements when required. Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities. Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation. Support payroll data preparation (attendance, leaves, overtime records). Maintain staff attendance and leave records. Assist with recruitment coordination (screening, interview scheduling). Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support disciplinary and exit formalities (resignation, clearance, documents).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).1–3 years experience in HR/Admin or similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and handle deadlines. Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor policies is a plus.
