  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical packages (BIM, AutoCAD).
  • Develop BOQs and project specifications.
  • Assist in project scheduling and create detailed interior execution packages.
  • Coordination and resolve technical issues in collaboration with architectural, structural, site, and MEP teams.
  • Perform regular updating of the BIM model.
  • Manage the various 3D model disciplines, review model quality and technical content including clash detection.
  • Good Knowledge in quantity Surveying.
