Manage and coordinate all Technical Office activities.
Review, track, and monitor all design submittals and technical documents.
Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, drawings, and variation orders.
Resolve design conflicts and coordinate closely with site supervision teams.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical progress throughout all construction stages.
Oversee cost estimation activities and monitor project budgets.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to obtain approvals and technical clarifications.
Ensure effective coordination between the Tender Team and the Technical Office Team.
Support contract administrators in preparing technical and cost claims, including detailed justification for variation orders.
Prepare and submit Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and Requests for Information (RFI).
Prepare, review, and submit subcontractor and client interim and final payment certificates.
