  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Office Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all technical office activities, producing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and codes.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural Design and shop drawings.
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation and reports.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Review design drawings and identify clashes or technical issues.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams.
  • Prepare technical submittals and material approvals.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local codes.
  • Support site team with technical solutions when required.
  • Participate in value engineering and cost optimization when needed.
