1️⃣ Electrical Engineer – Technical Office
- Review electrical design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Prepare and review electrical shop drawings (power, lighting, low current, earthing, lightning protection) for water & wastewater treatment plants including LV/MV systems, MCCs, PLC/SCADA interfaces, pumps, blowers, and instrumentation integration.
- Prepare technical submittals for materials, equipment, and systems.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Support site teams with technical clarifications and RFIs.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization proposals.
- Assist in preparation of method statements and installation procedures.
- Review supplier and subcontractor technical offers for compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and project specifications.
2️⃣ Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office
- Review mechanical designs, specifications, and BOQs for water & wastewater plants including pumps, valves, piping, RO/UF systems, clarifiers, blowers, and mechanical equipment layouts.
- Prepare and review shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and equipment layouts.
- Prepare technical submittals for mechanical materials and equipment.
3️⃣ Civil Engineer – Technical Office

- Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for civil and structural engineering of water & wastewater facilities including tanks, foundations, pipe racks, and hydraulic structures.
- Prepare shop drawings for concrete, steel structures, and civil works.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost control.
- Prepare method statements for civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure constructability.
- Respond to RFIs and technical queries from site teams.
- Assist in value engineering and design optimization.
- Review subcontractor and supplier technical submissions.
