(Senior Sales Associate / Sales Supervisor)

Daly Export is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team as a mentor and leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant sales figures, managing key customer relationships, and leading/training Junior Sales Associates. You will ensure professional standards are maintained within the showroom and deliver high-level consultative selling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Leadership: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets (monthly/annually). Lead a small sales team to success.
  • Mentorship: Manage, guide, and train Junior Sales Associates (including task distribution, follow-up, and performance evaluation).
  • Customer Relations: Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve major complaints to ensure satisfaction. Conduct high-level consultative sales and negotiate commercial deals effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Perform regular market research, monitor competitor performance, and report findings to management.
  • Strategy: Assist management in developing sales strategies and promotional offers.
  • Operations: Ensure adherence to company procedures while maximizing customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development of warranty policies and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department based on sales velocity.
  • Tech Proficiency: Utilize inventory and sales management software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or internal systems).

     

Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Retail Sales or E-commerce (Electronics sector preferred).Product Knowledge: Prior experience with our product lines (CCTV, Receivers, Home Appliances) is a strong competitive advantage.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and deal-closing.Leadership: Ability to lead a team, transfer knowledge, and coach junior staff.Analytical Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and propose integrated technical solutions.Soft Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize under pressure.Language: Good command of English (Written and Spoken).Education: Certifications in Sales Management or Team Leadership are highly valued.
