Payroll Specialist

• Prepare, process, and review monthly payroll for all employees.
• Calculate payroll components including basic salary, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll effects.
• Ensure accurate calculation and submission of social insurance and taxes in compliance with local laws.
• Handle payroll-related records, reports, and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, insurance, and taxes.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll adjustments and updates.
• Stay updated with changes in labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance policies.
