Key Responsibilities:
Tender & Proposal Management
Review daily public and private tender announcements in Saudi Arabia on platforms
such as Etimad, Sahl.
Analyze tender requirements and assess alignment with the company’s IT solutions and
services.
Prepare and submit compliant and competitive bid documents (technical and financial).
Track deadlines, submission formats, clarifications, and proposal quality standards.
Maintain a structured pipeline of tender opportunities and reusable proposal templates.
Generate periodic reports showing bid status, win/loss ratios, and lessons learned for
improvement.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Management teams to gather inputs for
complete bid packages.
Coordinate with partners and vendors to source licensing, pricing, and technical inputs.
Support the sales team with bid/no-bid decisions, scope validation, and pricing strategy.
Ensure all bids meet client specifications and company quality standards.
Solution Design & Presales Support
Evaluate client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (software, cloud, AI,
integration platforms).
Design high-level solution architectures and prepare effort and cost estimations for
proposals.
Participate in client meetings, clarification sessions, and demos to support the presales process.
