Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in New Cairo. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, overseeing project implementation, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and preparing reports to ensure project success within deadlines.

-???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Determine project equipment needs and use them efficiently according to project schedules.-???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????: Supervise and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for heavy equipment.-???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Lead and direct the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are allocated and performed effectively.-???????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Ensure that required parts and supplies are available to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.-???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????: Conduct performance reviews and ensure staff compliance with safety standards.- Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.- Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

????????????????????????????????????????????????:-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.-8-10 years of experience in managing and maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in construction companies.-Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for heavy equipment.-Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team with excellent planning and organizational skills.-Excellent in English is a Must.
