Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating transportation schedules, managing driver routes, monitoring vehicle locations, and communicating effectively with drivers to ensure timely operations. Additional duties include keeping accurate records, addressing any delays or issues, and maintaining clear communication with team members to achieve efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to coordinate routes and schedules. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with drivers and team members. Attention to detail and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate logs and reports. Basic proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage time effectively. Prior experience in dispatch operations, transportation, or logistics is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or transportation is a plus.
